If there is one common aspect of health that effects us all it’s energy. I hear this day in and day out: “aarrgghhh, I feel so drained!”, “I’m tired.”, “I have no energy!”…. and on and on and on. Here are some of the most common words associated with energy: Drained, Depleted, Fatigued, Tired, Groggy, Lack of Clarity, Lack of focus, Unmotivated, Stuck, Depressed….. any of those sound familiar to you?

Dehydration rears its head through many of the symptoms mentioned above… so take notice, listen up and drink up!
2. Deep Breathe
Like water, air is vital to our survival. Take time to practice deep breathing.
Inhale for 5-10 seconds, pause, exhale for 5-10 seconds, pause…. and repeat.
When you are able, increase the amount of seconds it takes you to inhale & exhale.
Deep breathing calms the nervous systems, helps reduces stress, nourishes our physical body and expands our energy field.
3. Acupressure
Rub the K-27 Acupresure points for 2-4 minutes for a quick pick me up.

If your entire energetic system is out of balance, the best way to clear out the negative energy and be rejuvenated with positive energy is through Energy Healing or Reiki.
