Music has the power to not only reach the ear, but touch deep into the heart and soul.
To me, music can be motivating, encouraging and inspiring. It influences my mood and emotions. When paired in a video with a story, it can even feel magical.
You know what I’m talking about: When you feel that flush of goosebumps, an awed smile appears, joy is felt in your heart and you might even be moved to tears.
This video does that to me:
I don’t know exactly what component of this video causes all these reactions to occur.
Maybe it’s the tune Beethoven’s ‘Ode to Joy’ music.
Maybe it’s the wonderment and joy you see on the faces of the crowd. Especially the man mouthing ‘wow’ or the children conducting from lamp posts.
Or the inspiring voices of the choir in the background, especially as they explode around the 4.00 minute mark.
Or the fact that yet another pop culture flash mob was beautifully orchestrated (haha, pun was intended!) in an unconventional ‘pop culture’ way.
Maybe weaving all these components together cause the rush of inspiration and a flood of emotion to surface within me.
Whatever it is, I love love love it and appreciate all those involved in the making of this video.
Thank you to everyone involved for spreading Joy in this world.
