- Chlorophyll rich greens like: Spinach, Kale, and Chard
- Alfalfa Sprouts
- ‘Greens+’ & Micro Algae like: Spirulina, Wild Blue Green, Chlorella
- Carrots & Yams (Vitamin A)
- Lemon – antiseptic and destroys bacteria
- Onions – anti-microbial and slows viral growth
- Garlic – anti-viral, eliminates toxins
