Enjoy the deliciousness of in season Peaches with this yummy silky smooth smoothie!
What you need:
- 1 Peach* – ripe to over ripe
- 1 Banana
- 1 Mango
- Handful beet tops, kale or spinach
- 1/2 C Coconut Milk
- 1/2 C water (or more or less for desired thickness)
Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor & enjoy!
Makes 2 glasses or 1 big smoothie jug full.
*You can substitute peaches for nectarines for a just as tasty treat!
