Happiness comes when you have gratitude in your life.
“If you are not happy with what you have, how will you be happier with more?”
With the above quotation as my inspiration, I started a Gratitude Project.
The intention was to acknowledge all the good that is in my life.
Sometimes when we feel ‘blah’, unmotivated, or feeling like we don’t have enough in life, we need to put our lives back into perspective. Look at what is already there because there is so much to be thankful for. Whether it be big, exciting things or the small simple (yet often profound) things, we all have so much to be grateful for.
I challenge you to acknowledge the gratitude you feel in your life….
